What fun! It looks like you're making the best use possible of the nice weather you've been having.

p.s. I'm looking forward to seeing what you're making for your boys! I'm always game for some boy-project inspiration.

isn't it great to get outside? I'm loving this warmer weather and sunshine. How fun that you've found a real live knitter to knit with...I'm sure you'll be a source of blessing and help to her. Love your apron fabrics and can't wait to see what you're doing with all those delicious home dec fabrics.

It has been so nice to feel the sun again and spend long afternoons outdoors!

Just what childhood should be ~ lazy days filled with drawing with chalk, collecting rocks, and walks in the wood!

We spent most of the week outside and it was so nice! we even managed to play at the playground. Last time we saw it was a couple of months ago!!
Here's to more beautiful sunny days!

Karen

At this time of year, if you can say you have not seen much of your house this lately I think that is good! I like your smiling eggs :) and look forward to seeing your next quilt project!

sarah

outside is so good! throw in some fabric now and then...perfect!

Heather

Oh I can not wait for full days spent outside.
You sound like life has been super busy, so make sure to take a few moments just for yourself. Hope the end of the week brings you much joy

Much of the same going on here. The weather has been beautiful here, too. They are promising lots of rain for this weekend and I am hoping to get some projects completed indoors.

I was not good with leaving my kids alone for a very long time. They are older now, 16 & 12 and it is getting a bit better. I never really liked to leave them with sitters either. It is so hard. We had many quiet dinners alone-after the kids were in bed.

I love that fabric you picked out for the apron!!

Good grief, you've been productive! I love avocado on egg also. Come over, you have an award waiting for you at my place.

Beth

I can't wait to see what you are up to with this yummy pile of fabric squares! love, Beth

This summer I'm going to try my first quilt. Any suggestions on where to start?
